BRING AN ID
There is nudity and sexuality at this event.  And I have you sign a legal document at registration.  EVERY PERSON of EVERY AGE must present a photo ID This is to both present your age and to verify your legal name.  If you do not have an ID you will not be allowed to remain in the building.

No Porn
While most styles are welcome at the PWS graphic pornography is not.  I have no idea of the rules and permits governing this in the state of Ohio and I have no desire to spend time on it. So shoot your erotica, but leave the porn for another day.

NO BLOOD. NO BOOZE, NO FIRE. NO GUNS
Knifes and such will be allowed in conjunction with shoots, but must be turned in at the registration area at check in, the same goes for alcohol used as props, and returned there after use in your shoot. (Fake Guns, Fake Blood etc.. is fine.)

Respect The Shooting space of others
Respect other participants limits and space. If you inappropriately touch someone or make unwelcome advances or are really really creepy you may be removed or banned permanently. This is up to my discretion and not open to appeal.  If you are kicked out you forfeit your entrance fee.  This is my space and I will not have people abused in it in anyway. period.

PRIVACY
While efforts are made to provide private changing areas for the models and studio rooms offer less than open air shooting enviornment, it is important to note this is a GROUP event, This is not your private space, this is my space.  For the safety of all participants I use monitors, they make rounds of the building and make sure everything is fine.  They have been told by me and will open doors and peek in on what is going on.  expect this and hopefully respect it.

If you are using a studio space or any other space and there is room for another photographer do not attempt to block them.  This is a group event we are all professionals and can all work together.

IF YOU LOCK ANY DOOR IN THIS BUILDING OR ATTEMPT TO STOP ME OR MY STAFF FROM ENTERING AN AREA, YOU WILL BE TOLD TO LEAVE.  This is not up for discussion.  The person that did this the first shoot will not be welcome back.


You are buying space and time
Do not bitch at me if someone cancels on you, or no shows, or you dont have enough models, or you cant get that warming sensation back into your fingers anymore.  You are paying for a venue.  Booking and choosing your shoots is your responsibility.  If you book with flakes and get flakes its your cereal I just sold you the bowl.

The Model Chainging room is for Models Only
There will be a private changing and make-up area.  Photographers/Assistants/Escorts will not be allowed in this area at all. Period. You are not the exception.

Outdoor Nekkids
My understanding is that Columbus allows outdoor toplessness.  But this is not legal advice and I am not a lawyer.  The official position of the PWS shoot is that we are not responsible for your actions. The location is isolated and it seems unlikely that any problems could occur. YMMV and you are at your own risk.

No Smoking inside
Ohio Law prohibits smoking even in buildings such as this, you must go outside to smoke.  Any violation of this will result in immediate banishment.

Do Not Climb on Anything
No climbing walls or scaffolding. If it looks old and unstable, it is.

Shoes People.
Do not walk around in this building without shoes.  There are various sharp debris, animal droppings, mold, and any number of dirty icky things.  Get to the location of your shoot, and then take off your shoes.  Bring SHOES not FLIP FLOPS.

Other peoples stuff
Do not disturb things that are around the building, they are not yours.  Other artists rent studio space in this building.  They will be informed of this event and hopefully will take measures to lock down their spaces.  However, please respect their space, do not photograph other peoples art.  Do not attempt to get into any locked room. This includes rooms obviously not meant to be opened, locked or not..there is a tour, we tell you where you can shoot

Don't Be an ass
Do not shoot other photographers shoots without their permission, it is tacky and will get you tossed.
