The Peninsula Business Park
The Peninsula is an old warehouse located just southwest of downtown columbus. It houses two theatre companies and a small number of Artist Studios. Every few months We rent out all open space in the building for the PWS shoot. This gives us plenty of room to play and some interesting and unique locations.
They have done some construction and remodeling inside the warehouse. We will be posting updated images and floorplans soon.
Indoor Railroad Tracks
Everyone's Favorite photo cliche with a twist. Trains used to come into the building to off load cargo onto the loading dock. The doors are sealed but the tracks remain.
Open Warehouse Space
A Large space at the heart of the warehouse features beautiful natural light provided by large skylights. The center of the space has the remaining twisted framework of a missing wall.
The Fire Tunnel
The Fire Tunnel is intended to escape the building in the case of fire. Its a long corridor with interesting doors and mechanics along the way.
Outdoor Space
There is some great open space in the lot surrounding the peninsula. Less than two minutes drive away there is also a small public park with a boat dock.
Studios
Several studio spaces are typically available to us during the shoot. These vary as people rent space and move out of space.
